Most projects come down to the decoration method, and the right one depends on quantity, artwork, and garment. Here is the short version so you can start in the right place.
- Screen printing is the workhorse for repeat runs and bold designs. It hits its stride around 12 to 36 pieces and up, because the setup spreads across the order.
- Embroidery is stitched rather than printed, which suits hats, polos, jackets, and anything that needs to read as professional apparel.
- DTF and DTG printing handle full-color, photo-detail artwork and make small runs and one-off pieces practical, since there are no screens to burn.
- Promotional products cover branded items beyond apparel, plus paper products, boxes, and packaging.
- Workwear and uniforms are the ongoing programs - crew shirts, embroidered polos, hi-vis, and employee uniforms that need to reorder consistently.
- Contract decoration is for customer-supplied garments, which we review before committing and which carry their own minimums.
Ordering from outside the Salt Lake Valley
Everything is produced in one shop at 9544 S 500 W in Sandy. There is no second location, which is deliberate - it is why the same people see your job from artwork through packing. If you are close enough to drive, you can pick up here. If you are not, the whole job still works remotely: send artwork with your quote request, approve the proof by email, and we ship the finished order to you.
Plan on 9-11 business days for local pickup and 9-14 when the order ships, with qualifying rush options as fast as 3 business days. Same-day is a narrower promise than people expect - it is our SUPER RUSH tee program, which is stocked tees, ordered by 10 AM Mountain, picked up in Sandy. Tell us your deadline up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is comfortable, tight, or not realistic.
