Customer-supplied garment work
Wholesale contract apparel printing in Salt Lake City, Utah
Contract decoration is customer-supplied garment work for custom printing or embroidery. Acceptance depends on the garment, fabric, brand, and method — so every job starts with a review.

Who contract decoration is for
Built for brands, resellers, schools, organizations, and businesses that already have their own garments — or a supplier relationship for them — and need a Utah decorator to print or embroider. If you don't have garments sourced yet, most projects are simpler and more predictable when you buy apparel directly through Koala-Tees instead.
Contract minimums
36pieces
Minimum for contract screen printing.
24pieces
Minimum for contract embroidery.
These minimums apply when you provide garments for us to decorate. In most cases there are no minimums when apparel is purchased through Koala-Tees, except certain specialty products and select garment styles.
The contract decoration process
Submit your project details
Send artwork, quantity, garment brand and style, fabric composition, colors, size breakdown, decoration locations, requested method, and deadline.
We review compatibility
We check whether the garment, fabric, and decoration method are compatible, and whether the order meets the contract minimum for the requested method.
Quote and proof
If accepted, we quote applicable setup and production costs and provide a proof for your approval before production begins.
Production
Once the proof is approved, we move your customer-supplied garments into production.
Important customer-supplied garment terms
Customer-supplied garments can vary in quality, construction, sizing consistency, dye composition, and print compatibility. Koala-Tees does not guarantee print or embroidery results on customer-supplied garments and cannot replace or reimburse customer-provided items under any circumstances.
Purchasing garments directly through Koala-Tees allows better control of garment quality, consistency, decoration compatibility, and overall production results.
What goes into your quote
Contract pricing depends on factors specific to your project — quantity relative to the 36-piece (screen printing) or 24-piece (embroidery) minimum, number of print colors or stitch count, decoration locations, garment compatibility, and any artwork setup. We don't publish a flat contract rate because it varies by job; send your project details and we'll quote applicable setup and production costs before any garments go into production.
