Structured & trucker caps
A stable front panel gives many company and team logos a clean decoration area. Richardson-style snapback and mesh-back caps are popular options when available.
Custom headwear
Put your logo on caps, trucker hats, snapbacks, dad caps, and beanies with embroidery, embroidered, leather, or rubber patches, and compatible heat-transfer graphics handled through our Sandy shop. We help businesses, teams, schools, and organizations choose the right headwear and decoration method for the artwork and deadline.

The best branded hat is not only about appearance. Crown structure, seams, fabric, closure, logo dimensions, placement, and decoration method all affect the result. We can help narrow the options before production.

Softer, lower-profile hats can work well for compact embroidery, patches, or compatible heat-applied artwork designed around the crown shape.
Adjustable caps are a practical branded-headwear choice for crews, clubs, schools, events, and merchandise with a broad size range.
Cuffed and cold-weather headwear can carry an embroidered logo, patch, or another compatible decoration when the knit and placement are a good fit.
More than embroidery
Custom branded hats can be produced several ways. We match the artwork, hat material, placement, quantity, and desired finish to the method that makes the most sense for the project.
Thread is stitched directly into the hat for a durable, textured logo that works especially well on structured caps and beanies.
A separate stitched patch can create a badge-style finish and preserve shapes or borders that suit a patch better than direct stitching.
Leather patches give hats a distinctive premium or outdoor look, subject to the hat shape, patch dimensions, and attachment requirements.
Molded rubber (PVC) patches create a bold, dimensional, weather-resistant logo - a great fit for outdoor and water-ready headwear.
Heat-applied graphics can work for detailed or full-color branding on compatible headwear when direct embroidery is not the best fit.

Artwork matched to the method
Direct embroidery uses physical thread, so tiny text and very fine detail can lose clarity. Patches can create a distinct badge-style shape, while compatible heat transfers may suit detailed or full-color artwork. Hat seams and crown curves affect every method.
We review the logo, placement, size, colors, hat construction, and intended use before recommending embroidery, a patch, or a compatible transfer. If needed, we may simplify details, enlarge text, adjust placement, or prepare the artwork for the selected method before you approve the proof.
