The information we collect depends on how you interact with us, which services you use, and which website, advertising, payment, shipping, AI, or business tools are active at the time.

Order, Quote, and Transaction Information
We may collect information related to quote requests, orders, invoices, product selections, garment styles, sizes, colors, quantities, decoration methods, artwork instructions, deadlines, approvals, pickup or shipping preferences, customer-service history, and related production notes.
Payment-Related Information
Payments may be processed through InkSoft Payments, our in-house credit card processing system, or other payment processors we use to complete transactions. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction ID, billing details, fraud-prevention signals, payment method type, and partial card details such as the last four digits.
We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own website systems. Full payment card information is handled by payment processors and card-processing systems.
Uploaded Artwork, Logos, Images, Files, and Customer Content
If you upload, email, text, or otherwise send us artwork, logos, images, files, mockups, design notes, brand materials, or other content, we may collect and process that content to provide quotes, review files, clean up artwork, create proofs, prepare production files, print or decorate products, complete orders, provide customer support, and support future reorders.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide any artwork, logo, image, file, design, trademark, copyrighted material, or other content you submit to us.
Communications
We may collect information when you contact us by email, phone, text/SMS, website form, support ticket, chat, social media, or other communication methods. This may include message content, attachments, timestamps, call notes, customer-service notes, and response history.
Website, Device, and Analytics Information
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, cart activity, date and time of visit, and other website interaction data.

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information such as health information, government identification numbers, precise location, biometric information, race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, sexual orientation, or similar sensitive categories unless it is necessary for a specific transaction or you choose to provide it.
Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information in quote requests, messages, uploads, artwork, or files.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to quote requests and customer questions
- To process, produce, fulfill, ship, and manage orders
- To review artwork, clean up files, create proofs, prepare production files, and assist with design or production
- To communicate with you about quotes, orders, artwork, approvals, invoices, payments, pickup, shipping, refunds, and customer-service issues
- To process payments, prevent fraud, verify transactions, and maintain transaction records
- To provide local pickup and shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery methods
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and online store
- To remember cart items and support website functionality

We use AI-assisted tools, automation tools, artwork tools, and software assistants to help operate our business. These may include tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, Adobe AI tools, and similar systems.
These tools may help with tasks such as:
- Drafting or improving customer email responses
- Summarizing customer requests
- Assisting with pricing or quote organization
- Reviewing order information
- Organizing production notes
- Assisting with artwork review, cleanup, enhancement, or preparation
- Helping with internal workflow, customer support, and administrative tasks
Customer artwork, messages, order details, and related files may be processed by AI tools when reasonably needed for quoting, cleanup, support, production assistance, or internal workflow assistance.
We do not use AI tools to make final production, refund, legal, or customer-service decisions without appropriate human involvement where human judgment is needed.
We try to avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in messages, uploads, artwork, or files.
AI vendor practices and settings may vary. We will not claim that customer information is never used for AI training unless our vendor settings, contracts, and internal practices support that claim.
4. Cookies, Analytics, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies
We use or may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies.
Essential Website Cookies
These help the website function, including cart, checkout, account, security, and basic site features.
Analytics Tools

We do not sell customer names, order details, artwork, or files to data brokers.

- InkSoft Payments and other payment processors, including our in-house card-processing provider

If we use SMS/text messaging for marketing, we will do so in accordance with applicable consent requirements. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the message.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related messages.
9. Data Retention
We keep order records, artwork, proofs, communications, and related business records as long as reasonably needed for reorders, customer service, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, business operations, and production history.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information. For example:
- Order, invoice, payment, tax, and accounting records may be kept as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and business purposes.
- Artwork, production files, proofs, and order history may be kept to support reorders, customer service, and production records.
- Customer communications may be kept to support service history, dispute resolution, quality control, and business operations.
- Marketing contact information may be kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to suppression-list and legal requirements.
- Analytics and advertising data may be retained according to the settings of the tools we use.
