Rush Order Terms - A Quick Summary
Rush turnaround times begin once your order becomes Production Ready, meaning all artwork, order details, payment, and approvals have been received and approved.
For most online orders, artwork and mockups can be approved during checkout. When approved at checkout, your rush turnaround time begins immediately.
- SAME-DAY Cutoff — 10:00 AM Mountain Time: To have your Super Rush Tee completed the same business day, your order must be Production Ready with 1-Day Turnaround selected before 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Order after 10:00 AM with 1-Day Turnaround selected at checkout and your tee is completed the next business day.
- All Other Turnaround Options — 12:00 PM Mountain Time: For 2-Day Turnaround and every other rush option across our store, the standard cutoff applies. Orders that become Production Ready before 12:00 PM Mountain Time count that day as the first business day of production; orders ready after 12:00 PM begin counting from the following business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.
